- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 19% VAT if applicable. Law Decree exempts all non resident guests from the 19% sales tax on their room and food consumption. In order to honour this exemption a valid passport along with the Peruvian immigration card must be presented upon check-in and the hotel invoice must be made out to the guest name and not a company name.
